I AM THE COLD (Ice Raccoon)

Commission for Ice Raccoon "I bring the ice. I bring the snow. I AM THE COLD!" A interesting character for sure. I had a lot of fun painting the icicles, and a lot of challenge mixing up that color of fur. I wanted to make this portrait/badge as interesting as the subject.
